With corazón, we gather to honor the people we love who are no longer here—to remember their stories, say their names, and keep them close. Día de Muertos is one way we pass our traditions on to the next generation, so our children know where these traditions come from and why we carry them.

That’s why we bring this gathering back to Logan Avenue. For its fourth year, our community will fill the Logan Avenue Cultural Corridor with ofrendas, art, activities for kids, local food and vendors, and live music, with Neighborhood Kids as our headliner. Come spend the day with us, remember the people you carry in your heart, and celebrate with the community. The festival is free and open to all ages on Sunday, November 1, from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m., in the Barrio Logan Cultural District.

Con el corazón, nos reunimos para honrar a las personas que queremos y que ya no están con nosotros: recordar sus historias, decir sus nombres y mantenerlas cerca. El Día de Muertos nos permite compartir nuestras tradiciones con la siguiente generación, para que nuestras niñas y niños sepan de dónde vienen y por qué las seguimos celebrando.

Por eso volvemos a reunirnos en Logan Avenue. Por cuarto año, nuestra comunidad llenará el Corredor Cultural de Logan Avenue con ofrendas, arte, actividades para niñas y niños, comida y vendedores locales, y música en vivo. Neighborhood Kids será nuestro grupo estelar. Vengan a pasar el día con nosotros, a recordar a quienes llevan en el corazón y a celebrar con la comunidad. El festival es gratuito y abierto a todas las edades. Les esperamos el domingo 1 de noviembre, de 12:00 a 7:00 p. m., en el Distrito Cultural de Barrio Logan.
