Join us on Logan Avenue for Small Business Weekend and for an interactive game of Loteria!

Support small BIPOC owned businesses along Logan Avenue this Small Businesses Saturday (and Friday and Sunday). Logan Avenue is home to over 100 small independently owned businesses, artist studios, and makers of which are majority Latinx owned and operated. When you shop small in Barrio Logan, you are supporting the community and helping preserve the culture and rich history of the community.

Purchase a $5 unique Loteria playing card and receive 10% off participating businesses. When you make a purchase at a participating business you will also receive a sticker to complete your Loteria playing card.

Join us as we honor and celebrate our ancestors and loved ones who have passed away. Part of our mission is cultural preservation and significance and one way to fulfill that mission is through creating authentic experience filled with traditions such as “Noche De Muertos”.

Event Details

Where: Logan Avenue.

When: Wednesday, November 2nd.

Time: 4:00pm to 10:00pm

Timeline:

5-10 p.m. 8th Annual Dia De Los Muertos “Mictlan” Art Show at Corazon Del Barrio and “Dia De Muertos” art show at Malbicho.
7:00 p.m. Altar Blessings by Tonantzin De La Santa Cruz will begin at Hayes Burger and follow along Logan Avenue to Libelulas and end at Corazon Del Barrio.
8:00 p.m. Mariachi Serenading of the Altares along Logan Avenue.

Catrin(a) attire is encouraged!

Find Altares and Art along Logan Avenue which will be blessed by Tonantzin De La Santa Cruz and serenaded by Mariachi los Toritos de San Diego. Ending with a performance at "Mictlan", The 8th Annual Dia De Los Muertos Art Show at Corazon Del Barrio located at 2196 Logan Avenue, SD CA 92113.
